The IC Council is appointed agent on behalf of Keith Prowse Ltd (KP) to introduce to members of the ICs around the world and their friends and families the opportunity to purchase from KP packages and tickets for the Championships held at Wimbledon, London SW19, UK in accordance with  and subject to the terms and conditions by which KP is governed by the All England Lawn Tennis Club (Championships) Ltd, the promoters of the Championships.

KP acknowledges to the IC Council that it is entirely responsible to all prospective purchasers and their guests, families and friends for the supply of packages and tickets and that it will keep the IC Council and its members at all times indemnified against any claim, action, damages, costs and interest arising from and in any way related thereto brought against KP and the IC Council and its members by anyone ( to include, bodies corporate and their guests, families and friends) who have bought or agreed to buy any such packages and tickets.

This indemnity shall last for the period of any appointment as agent of the IC Council and shall continue, notwithstanding termination of such agency until such time as all such claims have been disposed of to the satisfaction of the IC Council and its members.
